Paper Tear Owls

My owl is a baby. It is made of orange, brown and white. It has a pop up beak. -Donut hole

At first I made an owl by drawing the owls. Then we tear out pieces of paper to put the pieces of paper on the owls. -Tacos 

It was really hard to make and it took me a long, long time. So long that I had two friends help me. -Ginger

First, we made an owl by drawing. Second, we tore paper to fill in the spots. Then we hung them up for people. -Jolly Rancher

When we made the owls we had a fun time. We tore up paper and glued it to paper.  Like I said, it was fun. -Hamburger

I made stamped apples. We took an apple and painted it. The we stamped it on the paper. Then we did it two other times. -Gummi Bear

We use paint to stamp the papers with the apples. -Candy

In class the other day we made apple stamps. If you want to make them here's what you need: 
1. Apples
2. Paint
3. Different colors
4. Pieces of paper 
To do it here are the steps:
1. Press the apple in the paint
2. Stamp the apple on the paper( repeat twice)
3. Tape the papers together
4. Hang up
5. Show your friends

We are Happy to BEE in Second Grade! 

For the bees, I wrote I hope we do reading this year. I also lost my antennae of my bee. - Cotton Candy

On our bees we wrote on it and I LOVE to write. On our bees my hands got sticky because of the glue. - Smoothie

My bee is yellow with stripes. My girl is also a girl bee. -Apple

I needed to cut the eyes and the hands and the wings and we wrote what we wanted to do this year and you needed to cut that paper after. -Cookies and Cream

Rainbows About Me!

We made rainbows. We putt he color of our hair, eyes, skin and food. We also out our favorite colors. -Waffles and Whipped Cream

We had rainbows and we had to tell all about us. We had to write a lot about us. -Nutella

 My rainbow was mostly brown and had also some gold. I drew myself up close with my shoulder and my head. -Snow Cone

I liked the colors of my rainbow. They turned into beautiful pictures. -Lasagne 

On the rainbow I put down my favorite food was ribs! -Hot Dog

We had to color the rainbow beautiful and pretty. You can't leave it white because it is not beautiful. -Banana

We were able to do apple math this year! -Popsicle

I had to do subtraction and adding. I did tally marks and the number I did was 34. It was really fun. The color I did was red. -Chocolate chip 

On my apple I had to pick a number. I also had to make tally marks. -Popcorn

I used tally marks to show my number and squares and rectangles. -Jelly Bean
